Rob Kirkpatrick is an on-air host and digital contributor at Townsquare Media of Lafayette. Rob is active in the Lafayette community and supports several nonprofits including, but certainly not limited to: Maddie’s Footprints, 232-HELP, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Acadiana. He was named as a 20 Under 40 honoree in 2020. He is a current member of Leadership Louisiana Class XXXV. As a proud graduate of UL Lafayette, Rob is passionate about developing young broadcasters in college and in local and national newsrooms. He credits his earliest experiences covering news in south Louisiana with shaping him into the communicator he is today. Off the air, Rob is a broadcast/media consultant, executive trainer, and public speaker. He got his start in radio and television in Acadiana and has gone on to hold roles with Fox Television (Dallas) and CNN Newsource (Atlanta). Rob and his family moved back to Acadiana in 2015.
