A former Texas prosecutor and judge is going to jail for withholding evidence that might have exonerated an innocent man. Ken Anderson was trying the case of Michael Morton, who was accused of killing his wife. Anderson suppressed evidence, including an eyewitness statement.

The church, a place where all should be able to feel safe and sheltered. None of the Bishops who abused children have been punished in any way. Others have just been moved from church to church. One priest who abused children was not allowed to teach Sunday school. That was his punishment! I can't believe what I'm watching. I always knew that the clergy of the church were JUST MEN, yes even the Pope, but I wanted to believe in these special men. We aren't talking about one or two children either, there are hundreds and hundreds. The church is just starting to acknowledge there is a problem.
