Former 99.9 KTDY morning show co-host, Debbie Ray, visited CJ and Jenn in the Morning. The ex-broadcaster, who now lives in Homer, Alaska, is in Louisiana visiting family and friends.

Debbie Ray made a stop at her old stomping grounds, 99.9 KTDY, during the #1 rated Polyester Power Hour (PPH) show Friday morning. Ray was one of the original co-hosts of the PPH over 20 years ago.

On December 7, 2018, Debbie Ray said goodbye to the KTDY audience, then she and her husband Dave retired to Alaska.

Ray was glowingly happy. Well wishes and greetings came in from all over Acadiana and the U.S. via email, texts, phone calls, social media and in person.

I had not seen Debbie Ray since she left the building on December 7, 2018. It was so great seeing her again. My favorite part of today's visit is when everyone left the studio, Deb and I spent about an hour alone just catching up.-CJ/ 99.9 KTDY Brand Manager and Morning Show Co-Host
