Several years ago, I was diagnosed with hypoglycemia.  In the beginning I was pricking my fingers 3 to 6 times a day to check my blood sugar level.  People who suffer with any type of blood sugar problems such as hypoglycemia, hyperglycemia or diabetes, know how much of a hassle it is having to check blood sugar levels throughout the day.

Google is hoping to change the way we take our glucose readings and if it catches on, no more pricking.  Technology in a contact lens can let you know if your glucose level is too high or too low.  The way it works is quite amazing.
