White Chocolate Bark – Cookin’ With Marilyn

This is great to give for gifts and looks like holiday time.

Ingredients

1\2 cup shelled pistachios
16 oz white chocolate chips
1\4 cup dried cranberries

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.Place pistachios in one layer on a sheet pan and bake for 8 minutes.Set aside to cool.

Melt chocolate in microwave slowly,stirring often(about every 30 seconds).This needs to be completely smooth.Pour chocolate onto a parchment lined cookie sheet.Spread .Sprinkle evenly with nuts and cranberries.Press them lightly into the chocolate so they will set.Place in freezer for 20 mins to firm,then break into pieces.Serve at room temperature.ENJOY!!!!
