It's not uncommon to find donuts or pastries in the break room of an American workplace. I'm in an uncommon line of work. There's often a unique selection of food. This morning, I arrived to find glazed donuts, boudin, eggrolls, a mix of sausage & tasso in barbecue sauce, and cold pizza. I grabbed a slice of pizza & the tasso/ sausage mix. That's obviously not the "ideal" breakfast. that being said it was the most nutritious option available. A few months ago, I posed a question to a couple co-workers. What's a better breakfast, cereal or pizza? Which do you think is more nutritionally sound? The winner is pizza, according to The Chicago Tribune.  Is pizza the best nutritional choice for breakfast? Of course not! That being said eating almost anything for breakfast is better than skipping it.
