Now here's a brilliant idea to celebrate autumn and promote breast cancer awareness! The Pink Pumpkin Patch Foundation was created in 2012 to aid in the fight against breast cancer.

They've recruited dozens of America’s pumpkin growers to plant pink 'Porcelain Doll' pumpkin seeds. The growers will donate twenty-five cents for every pink pumpkin sold this year to organizations directly involved in breast cancer research. The unusual pink specimen is available at retailers nationwide, including Wal-Mart, Sam's, Rouse's and Home Depot, according to PinkPumpkinPatch.org.
