An alligator made its way into someone's home in Louisiana, and it most certainly was not welcome.

The Livingston Parish Sheriff's Office posted a video of the wild animal in someone's home, and as you'll see in the video, it was not the most pleasant guest.

The gator showed up in the Waterfront East subdivision in Maurepas on Wednesday night, and that is when it made its way into the home. Luckily, no one was injured in this invasion.

McClatchy News reports the alligator broke into the house by entering through the screened-in porch, which the homeowners thought would be enough to deter animals, but that barrier was not enough.

The 9-foot alligator put up a good fight as it bit chairs and performed its popular roll-over maneuver several times, but that didn't scare off deputies.

Livingston Parish Sheriff's Deputies have plenty of experience with alligators, and their experience paid off when it came to jumping on this one and tying it up.

The unwanted intruder was ultimately removed from the house and relocated to a nearby water place.

In a separate video, you can see the large alligator being removed from the house. That video is below.

Some commenting on the video said they'd have killed this alligator if it entered their home and they'd have eaten it. Welcome to Louisiana
