Kaplan Lions Club Auction

The Kaplan Lions Club had it's annual auction to raise funds to help their club serve Vermilion Parish.

It was a "Radio Auction", being aired live on KROF AM Talk Radio 960, and there were some great items up on the auction block.

In addition to the items seen in the videos below, the "Block Items" (larger items that were auctioned closer to the end of the event) included:

• From Chef Bobby and Dot Catering - Meal for 20 .  Menu includes: Chicken Fettuccine, Corn Maque Choux, and Green Bean Casserole.  Total Value:  $450
• From Farm Bureau (in Maurice) – A 20 qt K2 Ice Chest and T-Shirts.         Value: $175
• From Chica Fitness Studio (in Kaplan) – free month’s fitness class. Value: $200
• From Youngs’ Grocery (Abbeville) – Shimano Reel and 7’ Ugly Stick.       Value:  $110
• From Harrington Furniture (Kaplan) – Wooden Bench.  Value:  $139
• From Chip Perrin (Kaplan) - Concealed Carry Class.  Value: $250
• Walk On Me Flooring & Gifts (Kaplan, Richard LeBlanc owner) - Carpet for one room.  Value:  $415
