(Kaplan, Louisiana) - Love is in the air, for some, and one police department in Acadiana knows that some may have an ex with warrants.

While many will soon be celebrating Valentine's Day with their loved ones, others who have gone through a breakup or divorce may be seeking revenge on their ex-partner, and that is where one local police department comes in.

The Kaplan Police Dept. seems to know that some in their city would love nothing more than to have their ex-lover locked up after the breakup or separation, and that is why they posted on social media that they'd love nothing more than to give your ex a one-way ride.

In a hilarious social media post leading up to Valentine's Day, the Kaplan P.D. invited anyone in their city to turn in an ex if they had a warrant out for their arrest. Yes, the police department is using someone's broken heart to their advantage, and it comes on the weekend when other lovers will be celebrating.

In their post, the police agency said that if you turn in your ex, who has warrants, they'll send an officer to your ex's location to wish them a Happy Valentine's Day, only to be followed by a ride to the city jail.

Look, many always want to get back at the ex, for whatever reason(s), but could you turn your ex into the police on Valentine's Day if they have warrants? We think some of you may.

In the days ahead, it'll be interesting to see if anyone turns an ex into a police officer in Kaplan. Here's the hilarious post from the Kaplan P.D.
