It seems to me some people overdo it with heat in the winter months. Keeping your bedroom too hot will dry out your skin, and sinuses. You'll actually sleep better in a cool room. Here are some tips.

#1: Turn your thermostat down before retiring. Research indicates we sleep best when the bedroom temperature is in the mid 60s.

#2 Sleep on cotton or flannel sheets. They feel warmer than satin, or polyester.

#3 reverse your ceiling fan.

#4 Use a humidifier
