I have no idea what to call this thing, but I sure enjoyed it. If you're interested, here's how to make it. Layer a couple slices of cotto salami, a couple slices of pastrami, some crushed olives, a slice of mozzerella, one of provolone, and colby jack. Nuke it for about a minute to melt the cheeses. Toast 2 slices of honey wheat bread, and spread with olive oil mayo. Put a bed of coleslaw on one slice, then add your meat & cheese. Add a little creole mustard, and you're good to go!
