All LSU Sporting Events Going Cashless for Fall 2020

LSU has announced that all fall 2020 sporting events will be cashless.

WAFB.com reports that beginning this fall, credit card and mobile payments will be the only forms of payments accepted for merchandise and concessions at all LSU sporting events.

The move away from cash payments is an effort to minimize contact and improve transaction speed.

Robert Munson, senior associate athletic director for LSU tells WAFB.com “Reducing contact points when making transactions is a key component of that and will allow our fans to purchase concessions and merchandise with a heightened level of comfort.”
