Hilarious Old Commercial Featuring Coach Ed Orgeron Endorsing the Hummer
(KTDY) - Coach Ed Orgeron is the hottest topic in sports now that he has returned to LSU to join Lane Kiffin's coaching staff in Baton Rouge.
As you are likely aware, Coach O cemented his legacy at LSU by winning a National Championship in 2019, and after that, things went downhill.
LSU and Coach O agreed to part ways in 2021, and a massive payout was granted to the Louisiana native upon his departure.
Coach Ed Orgeron at Ole Miss
Now, let's hit the rewind button for this one and take you back to when Coach Orgeron was actually coaching at Ole Miss. Yes, if you're unaware, Coach O was the head coach in Mississippi from 2005 to 2007, and with that position came a few perks and endorsements.
An older video/commercial featuring Coach O recently resurfaced on X after Lane Kiffin announced that his friend, Coach 0, would be joining his staff for this upcoming football season, and the commercial is great.
In the 30-second commercial for a local car dealership in Mississippi, Coach O is seen and heard endorsing the Hummer vehicle. Yes, the same rugged vehicle some of you may have wanted, or even had in the early 2000s.

Watch as Coach O raves on about how tough the Hummer vehicle is and even takes us for a ride in one.
Here's Coach O doing what he does best, selling a product. Many in the college football world will tell you that Ed Orgeron is one of the best recruiters in the sport, and that's because he can sell. Now, I only wonder how many of these vehicles were sold in Mississippi because of the commercial below.
This is so good.
Now, let's continue to look back on Coach O's coaching career, but this time we are looking at some of the most memorable moments while he was the Head Football Coach at LSU.
Tiger fans are hoping to relive a few of these moments now that Coach O is back in "Death Valley."
