Archie is a little mixed-breed pup who was taken to Lafayette Animal Aid with severe injuries to his legs, and underwent surgery to have those injuries repaired.  No one has laid claim to little Archie, so Lafayette Animal Aid will care for Archie until he is "adopted out" to a good home.

When I bring Tucker to work with me, people are amazed at how well-trained she is, and are quick to ask "Why don't you take my dog for a few weeks and teach him a thing or two?!".

Aside from being ridiculously adorable, our pets offer up some pretty funny entertainment. For starters, they casually hang out for photo shoots and sneeze to the beat of Dubstep. Basically, if there's a cute behavior to be documented, you can be sure we're on it!

Sometimes when we post on our website, the subject matter might not be very 'personal' to us:  stories about movies/Hollywood or television shows or Honey Boo-Boo - we are just posting it because we think it might be of interest to you. And then, sometimes, we get stories like this one:

We were babysitting my sister-in-law's dogs last week and we woke up one morning to hear this:

Cats rather famously do not like water. Except when they do like water, because then, apparently, they love it. Witness this kitty in the shower, who seems to be enthralled with the streams of water coming out of it and not to mind getting soaked...

As any dog owner knows, most dogs love walks, but walks are time consuming. So this very polite dog learned how to walk himself, complete with carrying his own leash. In fact, he's a better and more well behaved pedestrian than some humans we know...

We still can’t quite decide if ‘Gangnam Style’ is hilarious or slightly nightmare-inducing. One thing is for sure though--the mega-hit is straight up addicting, although we’re not exactly sure why.

Do you remember the Yahoo!/ABC news story back in August about a hiker, Anthony Ortolani, who had to leave his Rottweiller/Shepard mix, Missy, on a mountain while on a hike?  Ortolani, 29, said that Missy's paws were raw and bleeding from jagged rocks, and that he (and his 19-year-old hiking partner), after trying for 2 hours, could not safely carry Missy (over 110 lbs) back down the mountain, so

My frogs had babies!  Out here in the country, frogs are everywhere and I love it!
