Last week, Marilyn dropped by to visit and brought us her latest creation to taste-test. We thought her Chicken in a Basket looked beautiful and it turned out to taste absolutely delicious! Here's the recipe:
1 cup chopped cooked chicken
2 tubes refrigerated biscuits
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 cups frozen chopped broccoli,cooked and drained
Place biscuits in greased muffin tins,pressing dough onto the bottom and up sides making a cup
In a large bowl,combine the chicken,cheese,soup and broccoli. Spoon into each muffin cup. Bake in 375 preheated oven for 20-30 minutes or until bubbly and biscuits are browned.
These make great appetizers or use as a main course with a green salad. Enjoy!!
