Easy Blueberry Cobbler – Cookin With Marilyn
Take advantage of a very abundant blueberry season by turning them into this quick and easy delicious cobbler. No blueberries? Any fresh fruit can be substituted!
3 cups fresh blueberries
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 beaten egg
1\4 cup plus 2 Tbsp melted butter
Place blueberries in a 9×9 baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Combine flour, sugar, and egg. Stir until mixture resembles coarse meal. Spread over berries. Drizzle butter over topping. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Serve warm with fresh whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. ENJOY!
