Take advantage of a very abundant blueberry season by turning them into this quick and easy delicious cobbler. No blueberries? Any fresh fruit can be substituted!

Blueberry Cobbler

Ingredients
3 cups fresh blueberries
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 beaten egg
1\4 cup plus 2 Tbsp melted butter

Directions
Place blueberries in a 9x9 baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Combine flour, sugar, and egg. Stir until mixture resembles coarse meal. Spread over berries. Drizzle butter over topping. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Serve warm with fresh whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.  ENJOY!
