Caramel Pecan Ice Cream Dessert
1 3\4 cups all purpose flour
1 cup quick cooking oats
1 cup pecans
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter, melted
1-1\2 cups caramel ice cream topping
2 quarts vanilla ice cream,softened
In a large bowl,combine first four ingredients, add butter, mix well. Spread in a thin layer in a 15×10 inch baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden, stirring often. Crumble while warm. Set aside to cool.
Press half of crumble into a 13×9 dish, drizzle half of caramel sauce over crumble, spread ice cream. Top with remaining caramel sauce and crumb mixture. Cover and freeze until firm. Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving. Should serve 12-15. ENJOY!
