Widespread Power Outages Reported Across Acadiana
Severe storms ravaged their way through Acadiana this morning leaving thousands across Acadiana without power.
Crews in several parishes are working to get the lights back on for customers.

SLEMCO is reporting around 3,640 customers in the state without power as of 9:00 a.m..

As of 8 a.m., Cleco had approximately 12,000 customers without power due to the storms.
LUS says they are experiencing widespread outages with more than 3,000 without power. Crews are assessing damage and restoring services as quickly as possible.
