Louisiana’s Favorite Easter Treats Include Elmer’s Candy and Crawfish [LIST]

In a mini-survey of family and friends, I discovered that these items are on everybody's mind this week:
- 1
Boiled Crawfish
Definitely #1 by a big margin! In case you're not from around here, and want to know what it's all about or how to do it : Watch this video.
- 2
Crawfish Etouffee
A simple and delicious dish. Just make sure you get Louisiana crawfish! Get Emeril's recipe here.
- 4
Heavenly Hash Eggs
Made since 1923, these come in dark chocolate and strawberry, too!
- 5
Pecan Eggs
The Pecan Egg is an Elmer's original. Did you know that the only Elmer's product you can get year-round is the Gold Brick topping?
