Women have been using fat talk since the beginning of time, and a new Special K campaign have women around the world very emotional.

Fat talk and self-deprecation has become ordinary talk amongst women.  Special K's new campaign has women emotional, in tears in some cases and reevaluating the way they see and speak about themselves.

Special K believes, "Fat talk is a barrier to managing our weight and, when 93% of women are doing it, we're all further from reaching our goals".
