I don't know anyone whose life is all milk and honey. Everyone has problems, Sick relatives, family members dying, car trouble. We all face obstacles. I concluded years ago, being happy is a choice. No matter how bad things may seem at a given moment, we all have things to be grateful for. Focusing on that can make a huge difference in your state of mind. The Good Men Project recently published a list of ways gratitude positively affects our physical and mental health. I don't see any reason these tips can't apply to women as well. Saying "Thank You" will almost always bring a positive response. By doing so, you've benefited at least one other person, and yourself. Gratitude helps you sleep better, bolstering resistance to illness. It also strengthens interpersonal relationships. Click here to learn more about how to improve your gratitude attitude.
