Van Rams Pedestrians In Toronto: 9 Killed, 16 Injured

Somone intentionally jumped a curb and rammed a group of pedestrians with a rented van in Toronto, killing 9 and injuring at least 16.

Police at this time are still unsure of a motive, and the driver has yet to be publicly identified.
