If caught early, breast cancer is very treatable. Of course, if your doctor says it's time for a screening mammogram, you should have it done. Just go home from your appointment and schedule it. You will be glad you did!

You should also be doing your monthly exams. When you do, be sure to look out for theses warning signs of breast cancer:

The signs and symptoms include:

1. Lump in the breast or under the arms

2. Swelling under the arm.

3. Changes in the skin around the nipple

4. Gland Enlargement

5. Dimpling or scaly skin

6. Changes in nipple

7. Discharge in nipple
