Scott Skedaddle Volunteer Meeting

There will be a volunteer meeting tonight for anyone interested in helping this Saturday at the Scott Skedaddle.

Volunteers for the event to benefit ‪#‎teambrittni‬ and Miles Perret at Cajun Harley Davidson are asked to be at Le Barne Rouge (835 Rue Du Belier Lafayette, La 70506) tonight, April 6 at 6:30pm.

The goals of the meeting are:

get an idea of how many volunteers will be available
assign tasks
a general meet-and-greet

Volunteers are needed to assist with the 5k run/walk, chili cook-off, stage area, auction, beverage trailer, general information, wristband table, parking, and other tasks.

We ask that volunteers be at least 16 years of age (if younger, have a sponsor/adult accompany them at all times).
