New Orleans Rat Traps

With this many in the alleyway behind Cafe du Monde, you would think that there wouldn't be a rat problem anywhere in the state!

I don't know how often they have to be refilled with poison, and I don't know how many rats actually visit these traps, but I didn't see any rats during my visit.

Now, can we do something about the pigeons?
