National Nude Day?!

Yep, it's true: July 14th has been declared 'National Nude Day,' and according to the event's official site, it's 'a way to keep cool on a hot , sticky summer day.'

The site continues to explain that National Nude day is a 'serious event,' and that nudists are not 'perverts...rather, nudists believe that the body is a beautiful thing, and meant to be displayed.'

And here I thought we already had a national day of nudity called 'Mardi Gras.'
