Louisiana Man Solicits Teens for Sexual Favor

(Slidell, Louisiana) - The Slidell Police Department arrested a 67-year-old man after he allegedly asked a teenager to perform a sexual act on him.

The Slidell Police Department arrested Rene Hocke after he approached the teenagers walking in a parking lot at 6:00 a.m. on Monday, July 7, 2025.

Tthe teenager whom Hocke propositioned turned down his offer and was able to contact police immediately. The color and make/model of the man's truck, along with his license plate number, were turned over to the police, and that ultimately led to the man's arrest.

According to the police department's social media post, Hocke confessed to the allegations made by the teens, and that is when he was arrested. Hocke was subsequently arrested and charged with Indecent Behavior with a Juvenile (Louisiana Revised Statute 14:81).

Chief Randy Fandal praised the actions of the juveniles in this case for their quick thinking and for speaking up when they felt something wasn't right.
