Joe Jackson’s In A ‘Stink’ Over Using Michael’s Name

TMZ reports the late King Of Pop's father may have just dug himself into a legal hole over the use of his son's name and  image to brand a cologne. Joe Jackson was at the Cannes Film Festival acting as a representative forJulian Rosas Paris. Jackson has reportedly signed a contract to help launch a men's cologne and women's perfume. Under the terms of Michael's will, Joe Jackson has no rights pertaining to the use of his son's name.
