When CJ and Debbie Ray get ready for work in the morning, it's dark out, which may be the cause of Debbie Ray's wardrobe malfunction in the KTDY studio this morning.

Debbie Ray, who is usually the best dressed on air morning show personality in our building (along with Bernadette Lee), didn't quite have it together this morning November 4, 2015.
