Canned Food Drive October 25th

In conjunction with the 10th Annual 'jeep jaunt', the Louisiana Jeepers will be holding a canned food drive.

The 'jeep jaunt' will take place on October 25, and registration will be at Celebrity Theatres in Broussard.  In continuing the tradition of a canned good drive for each of their meetings, the Louisiana Jeepers is asking everyone who is coming to the 'jeep jaunt' to please being a donation of canned goods; the more the better!

The food will be donated to a local food charity, the Second Harvest food bank.  Over the past few years, members of the Louisiana Jeepers have donated tons (literally, tons) of food to Second Harvest, with the goal of keeping people from going hungry.

All donations of non-perishable food items will be accepted.  There will be a central drop-off point at the 'jeep jaunt'.
