Or should I say, I assume it's an artist painting these faces on faces: the website is French, and my parler isn't so bon.

Judging by the URL on the website, http://www.spi0n.com/cartoon-lip-art-laura-jenkinson/ , I would guess that this woman's name is Laura Jenkinson.

Anyway, I thought that you would enjoy scrolling through the pictures of these well-known and mostly loveable characters that are painted on a woman's face, using her mouth as the mouth of the character.  Creative!
