Are There Any Local Truckers Going To Washington DC?

"Truckers For The Constitution" is a group of truckers who are planning on congesting The Beltway around Washington DC on Friday, to show their disapproval of our government's actions...

According to The Blaze, 18-wheelers will be 3 lanes deep on The Beltway around DC, at the legal posted speed limit of 55 miles-per-hour.  One of the organizers of the event says that the protest is to "wake up" the American people as to what Congress is doing, and to encourage the arrest of any of the lawmakers who have not upheld their oath to support the constitution.

I don't know how this will affect Congress, or any part of the political machine for that matter, other than make them late for work; I do hope that this protest gets more Americans to pull their heads out of the sand.

Organizers expect the protest to last through the weekend.
