Yes, there is already another streaming series outlet to subscribe to. Having long-attempted to get its TV platform of the ground, Apple has officially given a hefty series order to a new drama about morning shows, featuring none other than Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon.

Per The Hollywood Reporter, the former Friends siblings have been granted a two-season order of twenty episodes for the untitled series, which will draw inspiration from Brian Stelter book Top of the Morning: Inside the Cutthroat World of Morning TV. More than just starring; Aniston and Witherspoon will executive produce and co-own the series with Michael Ellenberg’s Media Res.

Here’s how THR summarizes the series:

The show is described as an inside look at the lives of the people who help America wake up in the morning, exploring the unique challenges faced by the women (and men) who carry out this daily televised ritual.

House of Cards writer Jay Carson is attached the pen the script and showrun. The project is Aniston’s first regular role after Friends, despite appearances in FX’s Dirt, 30 Rock, SNL and others. Witherspoon, meanwhile, produced and starred in HBO’s Emmy-winning Big Little Lies.

Apple also has Steven Spielberg and Bryan Fuller’s Amazing Stories on the docket, so stay tuned for the latest on their foray into TV.
