Your Thanksgiving Turkey Will Cost more This Year

It's a fundamental concept that supply and demand dictate costs. Your holiday turkey will cost more than last year's bird. CBS News reports, major farms have been hit by an outbreak of Aviary Flu. This has resulted in an 8% reduction in the availability of turkeys for the fourth quarter of 2015. Price hikes will vary from region to region, but some locales my see an increase as much as 20%.
