No Changes in Garbage Collection for 4th of July

Garbage and recycling collection will happen on the Fourth of July in Lafayette Parish. All customers served by Allied Waste and the Recycling Foundation in Lafayette Parish will receive garbage and recycling service on their regularly scheduled collection day the entire week of the Fourth of July holiday. The Lafayette Consolidated Government compost facility at 400 Dugas Rd. will be closed on the Fourth of July, and will reopen on Thursday, July 5.
