What Happens When A Bag Of Garbage Falls Into A Lava Lake?

What happens when  you throw a bag full of refuse into a lake of molten lava?  Well, LiveLeak has the video to show you:

It seems that, presumably, the steam that is formed from the 'cooking' of the organic matter in the bag of garbage (it was mostly food waste) produces steam, causing the 'fountaining' reaction.  Interesting stuff, and I would like to try the experiment myself.  Now, where can I find a lava lake?  Is there one near Jennings?
