WalMart Dumps Confederate Flag

According to this story from CNN, WalMart and Sears will stop selling merchandise featuring the Confederate Flag.

The call, according to the story, is in response to the recent shootings in South Carolina. Brian Nick, WalMart spokesperson, told CNN:

"We never want to offend anyone with the products that we offer." - Brian Nick, WalMart Spokesperson

The governor of South Carolina is now calling for removal of the flag as, to some, it represents slavery and oppression. Even the Louisiana Supreme Court called the flag "offensive".
