Steve Wiley’s “Caprese(?)” Salad
I guess you can call this a variation on Caprese...sort of. It's pretty simple. I like to keep things that way. It's an easy mix of 1 block of mozzerella cheese, 1 tomato, a cucumber, and half of a yellow onion. Cut everything up, place it in a mixing bowl, add a couple sprinkles each of sea salt, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder. You can also add basil. pour in 1/2 bottle Balsamic Vinaigrette salad dressing & serve well chilled. Bon appetite.
