Recon Mission Scheduled To Visit Tropical Wave

It's the peak of hurricane season and despite the influence of El Nino, which creates wind shear that usually tears systems apart, there is one we need to keep an eye on.

The tropical wave is near the Windward Islands. It's currently an area of low pressure, but a recon mission has been scheduled for tomorrow to determine the possibility of further development.
