‘Prayers For Dayton’ Jeep Ride And Fundraiser, June 8

Dayton Boutte is a local youngster who has been diagnosed with Leukemia.  His friends and family members are getting together to host a fundraiser to help cover his medical costs.

Part of the fundraiser will be a Jeep ride, leaving Lydia Park at 10am on Saturday.  Print and fill out the form below, and take it with you to the park to get registered!

At Lydia Park on Saturday, there will also be food: hamburgers, hot dogs, snow cones, and desserts.  On Sunday, there will be a jambalaya plate lunch!  Included in the fundraiser will be a silent auction, raffle, fun jumps, photo booths and live music!

All proceeds will be to help defray medical expenses and supporting Dayton Boutte and his family.
