The internet is saturated with articles about the habits of "Successful" people & how we should be more like them. In recent weeks, I've read several that say we shouldn't hit the snooze button. As my late father would say, "Hogwash!" People who don't bound right out of bed at the sound of the alarm are smart enough to realize they need a few minutes to gather themselves, according to a report in Good Housekeeping. There's new research indicating people who ease into the morning are more intelligent. That must mean I'm Einstein reincarnate. A study, entitled "Why Night Owls Are More Intelligent", indicates people who sleep in are happier, healthier, land more intelligent than those who don't. It's no secret, many of us don't get enough sleep. Adults generally require 7-9 hours of sleep per night. My own experience speaks to the part about health. I sleep 8-9 hours a night, and miss work due to illness once in a  Blue Moon.
