My Rant About People Who Let Their Dogs Bark: CJ’s Daily Message October 4, 2018

Dog owners who let their dogs bark and bark and bark with no regard to the peace and quiet of others, anger me to no end.  If everyone else in the neighborhood can hear your dog, WHY CAN'T YOU?  Or do you, and you just don't care?  Even worse!

I wan't a dog badly, but I know I'm not able to care for a dog because of my schedule.  I think a lot of people who have dogs probably shouldn't.  I mean come on, if you hear a dog in your neighborhood barking constantly, there's no way that dog is getting the care or attention it deserves.  It certainly isn't barking 'cause it's happy.

Can dog owners who let their dogs bark all hours of the day and night, hear their dogs?  How on earth can you have a dog that barks all the time, disturbing the serenity of others, and not hear it?  I simply don't understand how people can be so oblivious to something like that.
