Local Artists Streaming Performances this Weekend

With the bars, restaurants, and music venues shut down due to the coronavirus, local artists have taken to the streaming platforms to perform.

Some of the local artists performing this weekend, beginning tonight, include Sabra Guzman, Cupid, Yvette Landry, Michael Juan Nunez, Zachary Richard, and others.

I've watched a few live performances that have been streamed lately and, of the ones that I've seen, most of the artists had a placard set up with their Venmo/PayPal account (or similar) listed.

Many of these musicians are now with NO income due to the coronavirus shutdown, so they are taking to social media and streaming platforms to try to make at least some money.

Take time to enjoy a live performance this weekend to get your mind off of things, and throw a few bills into the guitar case if you can.
