'Little Old Lady From Catahoula' (Louisiana) is a song written and recorded by Phil Streva in 1992.  It's a parody of Jan & Dean's 'Little Old Lady from Pasadena'.

In the beginning there was Opelousas Sostan by Rufus Jagneaux, which could be very well be Acadiana's first Cajun hit about a local city.  Since then local artists have given us 'New Iberia Girl', 'Port Barre', 'The Crawfish Song' and more.

Little Old Lady from Catahoula almost sounds like The Beach Boys...if they were Cajun.
