Lafayette Driver Spots Vehicle With A Lot of Scrap Metal on Roof of Car
A photo sent to me from a driver in Lafayette, Louisiana, has me asking if this is even legal on the roads in Louisiana?
The photo shows a vehicle with a ton of debris on it near the intersection of Eraste Landry and Bertrand Drive.
Now, I have seen a lot of trucks and trailers with scrap metal on them as people head to recycling places in Scott, but I don't think I've ever seen a car with this much "Stuff" on top of it.
Of course, this isn't safe to have on the top of a vehicle, and you have to wonder if this is even legal, which I am sure it isn't. However, whoever was driving this vehicle in Lafayette had one mission, and that was to transport what was on the top of this car to some destination.
Here's a look at the vehicle that turned many heads in Lafayette on Tuesday morning. I just hope that the driver didn't lose anything he or she was transporting, and I hope that next time they consider another form of transportation for this much scrap.
Transporting this much "stuff" on the top of any vehicle is dangerous, especially when you're on busy roads in a city like Lafayette.
Look, I can't like, when I saw this photo from traffic in Lafayette, I immediately thought of this truck and theme song from television when I was a kid.
Who doesn't remember all the "stuff" on this truck?
