Kissing a frog may be all you need to avoid catching the flu.  The New York Post claims a certain kind of frog, may hold the secret to protecting you and your family from the flu.  Sounds like something from an animated Disney movie, but it's not, this is real life.

Researchers at Emory University found that the Indian frog has a coating on its body that cured mice of the flu in laboratory settings.  This research may have found the key to protecting humans from the miseries of the flu virus.

These Indian frogs produce the slime that covers their bodies to keep themselves healthy.  The slime keeps these frogs safe from bacteria and other organisms in the wild that may otherwise harm them.  Just think, in the coming years you may not have to get a flu shot at all.  You might just need a little slime from a frog.
