James Gandolfini's will, according to experts, was not written in a way that would utilize certain tax breaks, possibly costing his family over $30 million dollars.

According to CNBC, Gandolfini's estate planners didn't use some simple and well-known steps to minimize his tax liabilities.

While some experts said that he could have saved a lot of money for his family members, other experts say that they have clients who make well-informed decisions in their will that might not be the most tax-efficient.

If you haven't yet made "plans", it's a good idea that you do it, and do it soon.  Remember:  we will all die someday, we just don't know which day that will be.  (I hope I die on a Monday or Tuesday, so that I don't mess up anyone's weekend....)
