Every now and then nature reminds us that we're simply living amongst its wildlife.

This photo of a massive alligator on a Florida golf course is proof of that. Or maybe it's proof that dinosaurs still exist. Either way, if this is real (and it seems to have been confirmed by multiple sources) then I'm glad no one was in the area because this thing definitely looks lost and I would hate to be the one to get in its way.

According to the tweet, the gator was stomping around the Valencia Golf & Country Club during Hurricane Eta in Florida. Here in Louisiana, we are no strangers to critters coming out of the woodwork due to floodwaters and the search for high and dry ground, but I think I'll take my chances with snakes and the occasional baby gator.

Let's keep the dinosaurs in Florida. Actually, let's keep all Florida things in Florida.
