Are you angry about something?  First, ask yourself if the emotion is even worth your time.  If it isn't, let it go.  If anger is worth your time, deal with the problem in a constructive way.  Be respectful, talk, don't throw stones.

We all get angry.  But remember this, holding on to anger is like holding a hot chunk of coal that you want to throw at the person causing you to be angry.  The only one that's going to get burned it you.
